An Exhibition That Gets to the (Square) Root of Sumerian Math

Reaction by Jordan Guy

Ancient information is such a precious resource that should always be cherished. There is always something to be learned from the past. No matter what we say, we are similar to the people that have come before us.That is a fact of life. What we do and how we do it may be new but what happens is a repetition of the past in some way. Also its always very interesting to see how other people did things. Like to have a completely different system of counting makes sense because no two people develop the same way. That end result is always very interesting to the other side because its foreign. Seeing something from another point of view has never been our species best ability but it should be.
